2 Screen Printing Machine Process Analysis Screen printing machine is a small desktop printing machine for printing trademark text on the cylinder or the circumference of a cylinder or cone. Since the printing is performed on a cylinder or a conical surface, in the printing process, the printing member must be clamped and rotated, for example, the printed screen should be horizontally reciprocating and vertically moving up and down. Or from the continuous cycle of the whole machine without interruption, immediately convert to a single continuous action. The action conversion can be realized by operating the same pneumatic button, and the operation is simple.

4 Conclusions The 03400 type screen printing machine is designed from the main engine to the pneumatic system. Because it is full air control, the working medium is single, and after the system is integrated, the maintenance is very simple, the system works reliably, and the whole machine is low in cost. With high carbon and low sulfur, low water content and low cost characters.

2. Classification

At present, there are 3 kinds of commonly used carburetant:

5. Transportation and Packing

Woven bag, lined with plastic film bags, each 25kg can also be packaged according to customer demand.
