Evonik Germany has demonstrated the latest developments, based on polyphthalamide (PPA) VESTAMID HTplus M1035 P1, to provide customers with a glass fiber reinforced molding compound with superior performance.
Dynamic pressure bushing assemblies for the automotive industry require outstanding mechanical properties, so high burst pressure strengths that can withstand alternating pressures are critical and good corrosion resistance is also required. The VESTAMID HTplus M1035 P1 was developed specifically for these harsh conditions. The new PPA is also impressive for the level of defensive impact strength.
