What technologies does Wald's five new products incorporate to effectively achieve efficient processing?

(1) PCD indexable face milling cutter
This tool is used for the face milling of non-ferrous metals, square shoulder milling, is a masterpiece of Wald's new ideas for PCD face milling.
Breaking through the blade clamping design of the traditional face milling cutter, this face milling cutter can take advantage of more processing. One of them is the dense tooth design. The dense tooth design of the milling cutter can make the tool processing more efficient and the processing speed is faster. The cutter head is made of aluminum alloy and steel bimetal, which is light in weight and high in strength, and the tool life is increased several times.
The blade slot is provided with a positioning surface and an adjustment mechanism. The positioning surface enables the blade to be quickly positioned, and the axial positioning accuracy can reach 0.02 mm; the adjustment structure is simple and easy to use, and the entire blade can be easily adjusted to an accuracy of 0.002 mm or less.
The blade adopts the positioning surface and the flank face separation design, the positioning reference is unique and long-lasting; the double-blade design can be repeatedly repaired to save cost for customers. This tool finishing type blade can be cut to a depth of 2mm on one side; the roughing type can be cut to a maximum of 6mm.
(5) PCBN indexable face milling cutter
