Proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the national standard for the National Standardization Technical Committee for Building Curtain Walls and Windows (SAC/TC 448) ("Wood Doors and Windows" GB/T 29498-2013) was reviewed by the National Quality Inspection on May 7, 2013. The General Administration and the National Standards Committee approved the promulgation and will implement it on December 1, 2013.
The National Standard for Wooden Doors and Windows is the first national standard for the Chinese wooden door and window industry. In order to effectively implement the smooth implementation of the national standard "Wood Doors and Windows" GB/T 29498-2013, the majority of professional and technical personnel engaged in the wood door and window industry accurately grasp the content and technical requirements of the new standard, and the National Building Curtain Wall Door and Window Standardization Technical Committee will China Construction Metal Structure Association and Beijing Construction Wood Co., Ltd. jointly organized the national standard series of publicity training and technical exchange activities. The first stop is scheduled to be held during the Shenyang Furniture Fair from August 9th to 10th.
The contents of this publicity mainly include: the national standard "wooden doors and windows" GB/T 29498-2013 standard content analysis; the analysis of the main detection methods of wooden doors and windows; the problems that should be paid attention to during the standard implementation process; interaction and answering questions with standard writing experts; On August 9th, the training of the standard of wooden doors and windows will be carried out. On August 10, the national standard examination of wooden doors and windows will be held, and certificates will be issued for qualified enterprises. The certificate will be filed in the National Standardization Technical Committee for Building Curtain Walls and Windows. A certificate of change can be presented when participating in the bidding for the project.
