This new ultra-compact electrolysis and grinding machine uses WALTER's 14-year-old "two-in-one" design concept, which is specifically designed for the production and re-grinding of PCD tools. More than 165 mm, for end face machining, the machined length is no more than 185 mm, and for external machining, the machined length is no more than 255 mm.

Scalability
The HELITRONICDIAMONDEVOLUTION can also be equipped with a robotic loader that can be equipped with up to 72 HSK tools or up to 7,500 cylindrical tools (depending on the diameter), with this perfect solution for unloading.
