The damper slide comprises a steel structure body, the inner surface of which is sprayed with a sliding support material by a special spraying process, and is matched with the matched guide rail during manufacture to form the sliding support material and the corresponding guide rail surface. A gap of 0.03 mm is shown in Figure 1b. The damper slide is not in direct contact with the surface of the guide rail, and there is a certain gap in the middle. The gap is filled with lubricating oil. This oil film can act as a squeeze oil film damper and achieve good vibration damping effect. Since this layer of 0.03mm oil film is very thin, it can produce capillary action, so the fuel consumption is very small. When working, it is only necessary to drip the lubricating oil into the oil injection hole of the sliding seat as the rolling slider. The vibration-damping type rolling guiding system not only keeps the original linear rolling guide running light and fast, but also has the advantages of sliding rail damping performance.

The damper slide can be customized with the corresponding rolling slides, and the installation is also very convenient. When installing, adjust the slide to the same gap on both sides, and then tighten the bolts.

At present, the damper slide is only matched to the linear roller guide system, and no application is found on the guide system of the ball slide. The reason is that the guide surface of the ball contact is a curved surface, corresponding to the layer 0.03 between the slider couplers. The gap of mm is difficult to process, and the squeeze oil film is easily lost.
