Principle of ultrasonic cleaning

The high-frequency oscillating signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagates into the medium---cleaning solvent, and the ultrasonic wave is radiated forward in the cleaning liquid to make the liquid flow. And when the bubble is closed, a shock wave is generated, thousands of atmospheric pressures are generated around it, and the insoluble dirt is destroyed to disperse them in the cleaning liquid. When the group particles are wrapped by the oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning member, the oil is emulsified and solid. In this process known as the "cavitation" effect, the bubble closure can form a high temperature of several hundred degrees and an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 air pressure, continuously generating instantaneous high voltage like a series of small "explosions" constantly impacting objects. The surface causes the surface of the object and the dirt in the gap to peel off rapidly, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning and purifying the surface of the object.

The second ultrasonic wave propagates in the liquid, causing the liquid to vibrate together with the cleaning tank at the ultrasonic frequency. When the liquid and the cleaning tank vibrate, it has its own natural frequency, and the vibration frequency is the acoustic wave frequency, so people hear the click sound.

In addition, in the ultrasonic cleaning process, the bubbles visible to the naked eye are not vacuum nuclear group bubbles, but air bubbles, which inhibit the cavitation and reduce the cleaning efficiency. Only the air bubbles in the liquid are completely towed away, and the cavitation vacuum core group bubble can achieve the best effect.
