Quality identification should mainly master the following points:

(1) The quality inspection certificate and quality inspection report of the product should be requested from the dealer.

(2) Conduct visual inspection at the site to observe whether the product has obvious quality defects such as lack of sleeves, spots, cracks, shafting, and corrugation. The above defects must not be selected.

(3) Detection by hand. After the two bricks are clamped by fingers, they collide with each other, and the sound is crisp and loud, which is a qualified product. The sound is low and dull, and there must be inherent quality defects.

(4) Perform discrimination of color difference. Because the number of wall tiles purchased at one time is large, if there is obvious color difference between multiple packages, the decoration effect is very affected. It is necessary to sample and compare all the packaged products, observe the change of color difference, and the color difference can not be selected.

(5) It is necessary to inspect the specifications and dimensions one by one. Products with a dimensional error greater than 0.5 mm and a flatness greater than 0.1 mm will not only increase the difficulty of construction, but also have poor effect after renovation and cannot be used for engineering.

(6) Listen to the sound. When tapping with a hard object, the crisper the sound, the higher the degree of porcelain and the better the quality. You can also use the left thumb, forefinger and middle finger to clip the corner of the tile and hang it down easily. Use your right index finger to tap the middle and lower part of the tile. For example, the sound is clear and pleasing to the top, such as dull sound and turbidity.

(7) Drip test. The water droplets can be placed on the back of the tile to see how fast the water is infiltrated. Generally speaking, the slower the water absorption, the greater the density of the tile; on the contrary, the faster the water absorption, the thinner the density, and the inherent quality is superior.

Selection points

1. Take a few bricks in the box to check whether the brick surface is bright or not deformed. No defects such as missing corners, missing edges, lack of glaze, holes, spots, etc. are allowed.

2. Take four or more ceramic tiles and put them on the plane to see if the color of the bricks is consistent and the pattern is complete. If you look farther, the overall effect is ideal.

3. Take two or more ceramic tiles and put them on the glass plane to see if the brick surface is flat. Press the diagonal of the bricks by hand to see if there is any warping; look at the gap, the smaller the better.

4. Take two bricks and touch each other to hear if the sound is crisp and loud. If there is an abnormality, the brick has cracks or there are air residual tiles in the sintering process.

Type:
