It has been found that there are three main reasons for the mildew of this batch of products: First, the enterprise management is not perfect, and some products that have been moldy last year are mixed into the finished product; second, the epidemic prevention facilities in the finished product storage area are not perfect, and the current stage is the production of bamboo and wood products. At the peak of shipment, the finished product warehouse capacity is not large enough, the finished product is stored in the unclosed field, the storage place does not reach the conditions of the finished product warehouse, resulting in moisture and mildew; the third is the rainy season has come, the temperature rises, plus continuous rain The influence of the weather, the humidity of the air is large, the fungus is easy to breed, and the bamboo, wood, rattan, grass products and the like are susceptible to moisture and mildew.
In this regard, the inspection and quarantine department requires enterprises to: effectively operate the management system, improve the conditions of the epidemic prevention measures in all aspects of production, processing and storage, and effectively seal the finished product stacking area.
From June to October, it is the peak period for the production and export of bamboo and rattan products in Taizhou, and it is also in the rainy season. Therefore, these months are the seasons when bamboo and rattan products are easy to breed pests and products.
