If the cooperation of the three-phase asynchronous motor bearing and the shaft and the bearing chamber is a clearance fit, the torsional force will destroy the relative static state and produce sliding, and the so-called "running circle" will occur. 1. The appearance and hazards of bearing running circle

In the event of a bearing running circle, the temperature of the bearing will be high and the vibration will be large. Disassembly inspection will find slip marks on the surface of the shaft (bearing room), or even grooves on the surface of the shaft or bearing room. From this situation, it can be concluded that it is a bearing running ring.

The negative impact of the bearing running outer ring on the equipment is very large, which will aggravate the wear of the matching parts, even scrap, and even affect the accuracy of the supporting equipment. In addition, because the friction is increased, a lot of energy will be converted into heat energy and noise, Greatly reduces the efficiency of the motor.

Second, the cause of the bearing running circle

(1) Fitting tolerance: The fitting tolerance of the bearing and the shaft (or bearing chamber) has strict requirements. Different specifications, accuracy, stress conditions, working conditions, etc. have different requirements on the fitting tolerance.

(2) Processing and installation accuracy: refers to technical parameters such as processing tolerance, surface roughness, and assembly accuracy of shafts, bearings, and bearing chambers. Once the requirements are not met, it will affect the fit tolerances, resulting in bearing running rings.

(3) The material of shaft and bearing is very important. Different types of bearings should be made of suitable bearing steel, with greater strength and rigidity, better wear resistance, and a smaller friction coefficient of the bearing alloy, so as to ensure the normal use of the bearing and reduce the possibility of running rings.

3. Common repair measures for bearing running ring

At present, the common methods for repairing the bearing running circle in China are bushing, pitting, surfacing, brush plating, thermal spraying, laser cladding, etc.

(1) Surfacing: Surfacing is the welding process of depositing a metal layer with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance on the surface or edge of the workpiece.

(2) Thermal spraying: Thermal spraying is a metal surface processing method that sprays the molten material in a molten state by high-speed airflow to spray it on the surface of the part to form a sprayed layer.

(3) Brush plating: Brush plating is the process of obtaining plating on the surface of the workpiece by electrolytic method.

(4) Laser cladding: Laser cladding, also known as laser cladding or laser cladding, is a new surface modification technology.
