Food lovers invent the world's first beer jam

Nancy Warner, an archaeologist-born entrepreneur, made headlines on making the world's first beer jam. However, this beer jam does not contain alcohol and it will not be drunk at breakfast.

Nancy, 34, said: "Before I moved to Vermont, my husband and I engaged in archaeological work in the southeastern United States for nearly 10 years. After moving, I couldn't find archaeological work, so I cultivated a hobby of publishing food blogs. That way I wouldn’t be bored. The blog sparked my canine addiction and slowly made me do canned business."

One day, she used up the fruit she used to make the jam. She then took out the beer in the cupboard instead. After several trials, she successfully invented beer jam. After Nancy stumbled upon this unique formula, she began operating a canned company called "Potlicker". Beer jam is very popular. She can produce 3000 cans a week!
