01. Check whether there is a leakage switch at the main power supply of the household before entering the site. If not, install power immediately after installation. Before the construction, the electrician provides the circuit construction drawings for construction. It is up to the customer to determine whether the original house switch sockets and fixtures are to be retained. If they are to be retained, they must be completely removed and properly kept after the statistics. The quantity should be approved by the customer.
02. Each household shall be provided with separate distribution boxes. The leakage switch shall be provided in the distribution box and the points shall be routed. Under normal circumstances, the strong power shall be divided into four groups: air-conditioning, lighting, ordinary power sockets, and kitchen-specific sockets. (1.5mm2 copper wire can withstand a load of 2200W, a 2.5mm2 copper wire can withstand a load of about 3500W, a 4mm2 copper wire can withstand a load of 5200W, and a 6mm2 copper wire can withstand a load of 8800W, 10mm2 copper wire can withstand a load of 14000W).
03. Check whether the original line is qualified. If it is not qualified, it is recommended to re-arrange all. Line design should be practical, reasonable, standardized and safe. The kitchen and bathroom lines are not laid underground.
04. All lines must be piped, all line pipe and fittings must use qualified products, yellow wax pipe can be used at the prefabricated components: 15 inside the pipe can wear 3 and 4 square millimeter lines, 4 2.5 square millimeter lines; 20 pipes can wear 5 Root 4 square millimeter line, 7 2.5 square millimeter line. (The sum of the cross-sections of the conductors in the pipe ≤ 40% of the inner diameter of the threaded pipe). Round tees and four-way must be covered.
05. The common power socket's live wire, neutral wire and ground wire are all 2.5mm copper wires. Before installing the switch panel, all line connectors must be fully wrapped and exposed.
06. Air conditioning line is ≥ 4mm copper wire, ground wire may be 2.5mm copper wire, each room is preset air conditioning socket according to customer requirements.
07. TV line, telephone line, audio line, and network line use high-quality lines. Do not wear the same line with the power line. Each room should be considered according to customer requirements. Strong and weak electricity must be segregated in boxes.
08. Single-phase two-hole socket, the left hole or the lower hole facing the socket is connected with the neutral line; the same room switch and socket are the same height from the ground. For a single-phase three-hole socket, the left hole facing the socket is connected to the neutral line, and the grounding wire should be placed in the upper hole. The grounding terminal of the socket must not be directly connected to the neutral terminal.
All lines shall not have joints in the threading pipe. All line joints adopt winding method. The winding requirements shall be more than 5 turns. After winding, the tin shall be tinned. The tin shall be full, and shall be double-wound with insulating tape and black tape.
09. The surround sound line is pre-embedded in a suitable location according to the requirements of the manager. The part left outside the wall must not be less than 1.5 meters. The audio cable should be buried in the junction box.
10. There should be a margin in the wire inside the box. When the wire is connected, the phase wire enters the switch, and the zero wire enters the lamp directly. The phase of the screw head lamp should not be connected to the shell.
11. The configuration of the lamp box and junction box should be easy to repair and add a cover plate. The hose should be connected to the lamp position. Its length should not exceed 1m. All strong and weak wires must not be exposed in the ceiling.
12. Under normal circumstances, the height of ground socket outlet is 300mm after completion. The lower switch is 1300mm from the ground, the air conditioner outlet is 1800mm from the ground, the kitchen appliance outlet is 1000mm from the floor, the bathroom outlet is 1300mm from the floor, and the kitchen and toilet must use waterproof sockets. If only the local transformation of the line, the height of the switch socket should be unified with the height of the original house switch socket.
13. The room should consider the air conditioning out of the wall hole, wall-mounted machine embedded not less than the diameter of 55.9mmPVC pipe, 2000mm off the ground. Cabinet embedded not less than the diameter of 70mmPVC pipe, 200mm off the ground, lighting control according to the requirements of the group, the living room light switch is generally set to 2 groups, customers are not free to recommend the use of computer-controlled switch.
14.PVC pipe and junction box must be connected with the lock mother, PVC pipe buried in the wall, the final wall plastering machine should not be less than 5mm. Line pipe construction must be firmly fixed. The installation of the dark box and the switch panel should be installed horizontally and firmly. The distance between the adjacent switch sockets after the panel installation is closely spaced and the spacing is generally about 1 mm.
15. The end of the line should be energized and checked before being buried. Smooth it with cement mortar. The leveling layer must not be higher than the wall surface. All switches and sockets should be inspected before completion, and telephone and television lines should be checked.
16. The switches and sockets are securely installed, the position is correct, the cover is positive, the surface is clean, and it is close to the wall with no gaps around.
17. After the completion of the circuit transformation, care should be taken not to damage the circuit in the wall when carrying out the next process and installing the decorative parts.
18. When the project is completed, the occupants shall be provided with wiring diagrams showing the specifications of the wiring and the locations of the switches and sockets.
19. TV optical fiber, audio cable, telephone line, network cable, lamps and power lines are qualified.
20. The luminaire is installed according to the specification. It is forbidden to use wood wedges, qualified expansion Bolts must be used, and special hole cutters must be used for downlights of downlights.
