The parameters that should be noted during field measurement:
(1) The sound velocity of the medium has a great relationship with the temperature. According to the normal operating temperature and the speed of the heat medium, the estimated interval is 700-800 m/s. When the system is commissioned, the sensor spacing needs to be re-adjusted to obtain an accurate media sound velocity.
(2) The organic heat carrier is non-corrosive to the metal pipe, the pipe is generally not lined, and the roughness is usually evaluated in combination with the service life of the pipe, usually 0.05-0.1 mm;
(3) There may be deviation between the design wall thickness of the pipeline and the actual wall thickness. Before the instrument parameters are set, multi-point measurement should be made on the wall thickness and outer diameter of the pipeline to ensure the accuracy of parameter setting.
