The meaning of water acceptance
Water pipeline construction is an important part of home improvement concealment projects. Water acceptance process
1, pressure test
(1) Open the inlet valve, slowly fill the water from the lowest outlet of the pipeline, fully exhaust the gas in the pipeline, and tighten the pressure test pump switch.
(2) Close the main inlet valve and slowly increase the pressure on the pipeline. After boosting up to the specified test pressure, observe whether the joints and plugs are leaking.
(3) PPR, aluminum-plastic PPR, steel-plastic PPR and other welded tubes are kept for more than 30 minutes, and non-welded tubes such as aluminum-plastic tubes and galvanized tubes are kept for 4 hours. At the end of the test period, the drop in pressure shall not exceed 0.05 MPa.
2, water pressure relief
After confirming that the test pressure is qualified, connect the pipe end to the water distribution piece, supply water at working pressure, and open the water distribution piece in batches to check whether each water outlet is unblocked.
Water route acceptance considerations
1. Hot and cold water pipes need to be separately grooved, and they should be separated by more than 10cm from each other to avoid mutual influence. 2. When the pipe parallel to the wall is fixed with the pipe clamp, the distance between the pipe clamps should be ≤ 1m. Otherwise, the water pipe will shake when the water passes through, and noise will be generated, which will also detract from the service life of the pipe.
3, to ensure that the drainage pipeline is free, no obstruction, no leakage.
4. The distance between the water pipe and the gas pipe should not be less than 50mm, and the distance between the water pipe and the electric pipe should not be less than 50~100mm, and they should be firmly fixed by the pipe clamp.
5. The connection of the water supply pipe and accessories should be tight, there should be no leakage during the pressure test after installation, the water flow is smooth, the water meter is running normally, and the test pressure is maintained at 0.6-0.8Mpa (about 6-8 kg), and it can not be dropped in 20 minutes. Pressure.
6. Drainage pipes should be unblocked, free from obstruction and leakage, and be protected accordingly. Floor drains should be slightly lower than the floor. If there is a bathtub, its bottom should be higher than the drain bend.
7. The outlet of hot and cold water valve should be at the correct level. All the outlets should be flush with the wall, left hot and right, and the switches and valves should be installed smoothly. It should be easy to use. Grooves up to 30 cm above the ground should be treated with water.
