Recently, the successful hot-load test of the hot-dip galvanizing unit of the Meishan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant marked that the units of the Meigang Cold Rolling Plant have fully entered the thermal load test phase. The annual capacity of hot-dip galvanizing units is 250,000 tons, and the products are mainly used in advanced household appliances and construction industries. In order to ensure the success of the trial run, the cold rolling mill has done a lot of preparation work such as threading the belt, connecting the head, annealing and purging the furnace furnace, lifting the sunken rolls and supporting equipment on the basis of the successful trial run of the hot-dip galvanizing unit. At present, hot dip galvanizing machine smoothing machine, tension leveler, roller coating machine and other equipment functions have been successfully put into production. The next step will be to perform the function debugging of key equipment such as gas zero cooling system and oiler.
