Aluminium in zinc solution will have adverse effects

If the amount of aluminum in zinc liquid is too high, it will also bring about a series of adverse effects.

(1) If the aluminum content is too high, the corrosion rate of the steel strip and iron facilities in the zinc pot will be accelerated, and a large number of iron atoms will also enter the zinc liquid to bring about a series of adverse effects.

(2) For zinc-iron alloy products, after the galvanization, the diffusion annealing of iron atoms is also required, so that the pure zinc layer becomes a zinc-iron alloy plating layer, aluminum inhibits the diffusion of iron atoms into the plating layer, and the annealing transformation is caused. Obstructed.

(3) Products with high aluminum content have reduced resistance to copper sulfate erosion.
