2. Precautions:

(2) It is not appropriate to implement two levels of aluminum standards in winter and summer. This is detrimental when it is practiced because the practice of seasonal changes is not strict. When there are hot winters and when there are cold days, aluminum water is impossible. Adjust as the weather changes. There should be only one benchmark. The effect of the difference in temperature during the winter and summer on the heat dissipation of the tank is regulated by the thickness of the upper insulation material.
(3) The so-called seasonal change can be avoided. As long as the aluminum level management is strengthened and the bottom of the furnace is closely monitored, the trough will be stable.
3. Aluminum Level and Voltage Relationship Aluminum levels are an important factor in controlling heat dissipation and are the method of adjusting heat balance. Increasing the voltage and reducing the aluminum level, lowering the voltage, and increasing the aluminum water function similarly. Reducing 1cm of aluminum liquid is equivalent to reducing the 0.07V heat dissipation voltage.
