3. Robot and 3D printing

There were more than 30 robotic products on display at the exhibition. The world's four major robot giants participated in the exhibition, but the area was not large. ABB of Switzerland showed two welding robots. FANUC of Japan showed its sorting robot and α-D14MiA drilling center and Robot M-20iA/35M integrated application. The federal government attaches great importance to the machine tool industry, regards it as a basic industry for industrial modernization and a key industry to ensure national security, and protects and supports the domestic machine tool industry in industrial policies and bidding systems.

In order to promote the development of the machine tool industry, the state established the Russian Machine Tool Industry Group Corporation. At the exhibition, several Russian machine tool companies participated in the collective exhibition of this group company. The company has about 1,000 employees, and only five-axis machines sell more than 100 units each year in the Russian market.

The size of the Russian automotive industry is very small, so the main markets for Russian machine tools are in the aviation, shipbuilding and military industries. These areas of Russia have a high level of technology in the world, so the demand for machine tools is also higher. A total of 74 Chinese companies participated in the exhibition. Except for a few companies including Dalian Machine Tool and Zhuzhou Diamond, most of them participated in the exhibition.

Dalian Machine Tool Group is adjacent to KAMU, a Russian agent, and has an exhibition area of ​​160 square meters. 2. We have seen that the overall image of China's machine tool enterprises participating in the exhibition is not ideal, far from representing the level of China's machine tool industry. The main problem is that there are few key enterprises. The Russian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association and some Chinese exhibitors hope that the China Machine Tool Industry Association will organize exhibitions to enhance the level of participation.
