One hour earlier, Hu Junliang was worried that his fish pond had been hit by floods. He used net ropes and bamboo rafts to reinforce the fish ponds from his home. He did not expect the floodwaters to rise instantly. When the floodwaters were to be withdrawn, they flooded past the dike of fish ponds. .

Cao Aimin’s deputy political commissar convened the first group of flood-proof assault team members to quickly formulate rescue plans in accordance with the conditions on the site and set up life channels for the trapped persons to pass through the flood returning safety zone. Then the firing trigger is pulled and the drop shot launcher can directly eject the lifebuoy beside the rescued target. Once the inflatable lifebuoy is in contact with water, the automatic inflator will be inflated in 5 seconds to allow the gas in the cylinder to fill the air chamber. Due to the pressure of the gas, the components such as the air chamber are separated from the casing and automatically inflated. The goal will be to keep the body floating on the surface by means of an automatically inflatable life buoy for lifesaving.

The life jacket buoyancy material is a soft polyethylene foam that increases the buoyancy of the life jacket in the water. The exterior is an orange chemical fiber cloth, bright colors, reflective tapes and whistles on the shoulders, and can be called in the event of a tight situation. The buoyancy is 7.5 kg. After soaking in water for 24 hours, the buoyancy loss is less than 5%, which is safe and reliable.
