Types of polyurethane sheets:
In terms of building plates, polyurethane sheets can be classified into ordinary polyurethane sheets and composite polyurethane sheets according to the condition of the products; according to the foam molding process, they can be divided into continuous sheets and intermittent sheets.
Intermittent sheet materials require that the foamed material be filled with a thin, large-volume cavity in a relatively short period of time, requiring a foaming system with excellent fluidity, a good density distribution of the sheet, and excellent dimensional stability.
Continuous sheet material requires suitable blending parameters for the foaming parameters and the line speed, and excellent mold release properties at the later stage. In response to the above specific requirements, we have developed a foaming material system suitable for various production lines using special polyether materials and a suitable catalytic system, which are used in some well-known domestic production lines.
