Carburetant

Its color is black.When the carburant is used in casting, the consumption of scrap steel can be greatly increased, and the consumption of pig iron can be reduced or pig iron is not needed.  At present, most of the carburant is suitable for electric furnace smelting, and a small part of the carburant with particularly fast absorption speed is used for cupola.  Charging method of electric furnace smelting, should be the carburant with waste steel and other materials into the casting, small dosage can choose to add on the surface of molten iron.  But to avoid mass feeding into molten iron, in order to prevent excessive oxidation and carbon effect is not obvious and casting carbon content is not enough.  The addition amount of the carburizing agent is determined according to the proportion of other raw materials and the carbon content.  Different types of cast iron, according to the need to choose different types of carburant.  The characteristics of carburant itself choose pure carbonaceous graphitizing substances, reduce excessive impurities in pig iron, the selection of carburant can reduce casting production costs.
