Roof leakage is quite serious

In July and August of each year, it is the typhoon that ravages the season. In the past more than 20 days after “Weimasun”, traces of typhoon swept by Hainan Province were still visible. According to the survey, the current situation of building leakage in the country is quite serious. A total of 2849 building roof samples were sampled in 28 cities across the country, of which 2716 had different degrees of leakage and the leakage rate reached 95.33%.

In addition to the public buildings mentioned above, the leakage of newly built civil buildings is not optimistic. Shen Peihua, president of the Shenzhen Waterproof Professional Committee, introduced that there are three parts of modern architecture that are most likely to seep through and leak. Waterproof project contracting and construction supervision

Shenzhen establishes quality monitoring system

Innovative technology and insurance system
