1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials for temperature-sensitive photoperiodic male sterility Dual-purpose wheat C49S was selected and provided by Chongqing Crop Research.

1.2 Test methods 1.2.1 Cultivation methods and temperature and light control The three growing seasons from the autumn of 1997 to the summer of 2000 were drilled in the field of Beibei, Chongqing.
