4 Requirements for the use of liquid chlorine
4.1 Use safety of liquid chlorine storage tanks
4.1.1 Liquid chlorine storage tanks are set up for inspections and are regularly inspected.
4.1.2 Within the area of ​​storage tanks, appropriate emergency repair equipment, effective protective equipment and fire fighting equipment shall be provided.

5 Facilities and Equipment Requirements
