Study on the Inhibitory Effects of Cinnamaldehyde on Mango Anthracnose and Fusarium oxysporum f.

Mango anthracnose is one of the most serious diseases of mangoes, which occurs in mango producing areas at home and abroad. At present, mango anthracnose is controlled mainly by chemical control, and benzophenazole imidazole such as carbendazim has a good control effect on the disease, but it has been used for a long time in a large number of benzoimidazole fungicides at the same site of action. Many orchards have produced resistant strains, which greatly reduces their control effects. After two to three years of continuous use of these agents in the field, pathogens may develop resistance.

Banana blight caused by Fusarium oxysporum is a devastating disease. Banana Fusarium bacillus has 4 races. Among them, the most common and most harmful is the 4th race _2. It is a devastating soil-passing vascular bundle. Diseases, there is still no effective chemical control. Due to the introduction and spread of Foc 4 races, the banana industry in China's Guangdong and Hainan Province has brought serious problems.

In order to effectively control these pathogens, experts in tropical cash crops have carried out arduous research and achieved a series of results. After repeated trials, a formulation with cinnamaldehyde as the main raw material was finally determined and the optimum ratio was found.

Expert test results show that different concentrations of cinnamaldehyde have a strong inhibitory effect on mango anthracnose pathogens ZJS, ZJR and Fusarium oxysporum f. The relative inhibition rate of cinnamaldehyde to Mangifera anthracnose ZJS and ZJR at the temperature of 0.033 3mg•mL reached 100%, and the relative inhibition rate to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. was 48.64%. Cinnamaldehyde inhibited the mango anthracnose ZJS, ZJR and Fusarium oxysporum f. The effective concentrations were 0.020 7, 0.020 2, and 0.049 6 mg•mL~, respectively. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were 0.033 3, 0.033 3, and 0.100 0 mg•mL, respectively.
