Levelling Agent

The product is a complex substance of alkyl sulfonate with good level-dyeing property, which is applied to dyeing nylon and wool. It can reduce the initial dyeing rate of acid dyes to cause the anionic dyes to dye evenly.
Features and Advantages
1. Good synchronous dyeing performance of level-dyeing and retarding property and color matching dyes

2. Good permeability, especially applied to beam dyeing of faintly acid dyes for nylon fabric

3. It can promote dye diffusing into the inner layer and make inside and outside dye uniformly.

4. Strong transfer dyeing; Have a strong repair function on acid and faintly acid dyes in colored flowers on the fabric

5. Reduce the dyeing depth; Dyed fabric has pure and bright color light.

The type of dye: Acid and faintly acid dyes

Fibre: Nylon, wool and blended fabric
Equipment: Jet, overflow dyeing machine, capstan rope dyeing machine and beam dyeing machine

Levelling Agent: 0.5 - 2%(o.w.f)
