In 2008, the company lost more than 40 million yuan. In 2009, the company stopped production of nine of its 10 production lines, and the only one was under-employed. "At the minimum, only six or seven hundred tons were sold in one month," said Cheng Hongwei.

It turned out that in order to pass on the domestic crisis, the United States and other developed countries dumped a large amount of goods to China's territory at a price lower than that of similar domestic products. Therefore, since 2008, the engineering plastics company has collected sufficient evidence and filed an anti-dumping complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

After numerous investigations by the Ministry of Commerce, in October 2009, the first anti-dumping case in our province initiated by the company was abandoned. In the five years since the beginning of the month, China has collected a considerable percentage of tariffs on engineering plastics from raw material producing areas such as the United States every year.
