According to the design instructions or the approved construction plan, determine: (1) If only galvanized seamless steel pipe flange welding, weld brush anti-rust paint. Only the pipe sleeves are welded and the flanges are individually flanged. (2) If the seamless steel pipe flange is galvanized after welding, a supplementary quota shall be prepared and submitted to the local quota management department for approval. Reference may be made to the lining pipe installation quota in Volume VII. (3) If the galvanized seamless steel pipe is used for grooved connection, apply directly to the related fixed subhead of the seventh volume.
