With the same production capacity and product quality, in June of this year, the COD concentration in the printing and dyeing wastewater of the company was controlled at 400mg/l, which was more than doubled from the previous month. "There is also a potential for decline. In July, the COD concentration has dropped to 380 mg/l," the company official said. Because of this, the production of Xinyu Printing and Dyeing Plant was completely unaffected when Shaoxing City raised the industrial wastewater discharge to the COD concentration of 500mg/l.

Biochemical treatment process was adopted to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
